Couples who complete this pre-marital education program will receive a certificate of completion, making them eligible for the Twogether in Texas program. This certificate can be presented to any Texas county clerk to receive up to $60 off the marriage license fee and to waive the mandatory 72-hour waiting period before the marriage license becomes valid.
