At CCHE, our goal is to also empower Latina and other minority practitioners who are first generation college graduates or come from modest means to learn how to manage and build a practice while gaining skills to dictate their earning potential.

The Cannenta Center is a unique environment of minority team members who believe in mutual support and empowerment. We are guided by our core values of Compassion, Acceptance, Respect and Expertise. Our exclusive pay schedule allows our team members to dictate their own earning potential based on their drive and commitment to their practice.

Latinas are the lowest paid minority group as well as has the lowest number of doctorate degree earners at less than 1%. According to the Education Trust, at the graduate degree level, only 5% of Latino adults have earned a degree. Hispanic Outlook on Education states Latinas have the lowest percentage of graduate degrees compared to all women of other non-Hispanic racial groups combined. Additionally, regardless of occupation, Latinas generally make less money than their peers, earning 54 cents for every dollar earned by non-Hispanic men.
