Raul Ozuna, LMSW

Raul Ozuna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and bilingual therapist at Cannenta Center for Healing and Empowerment. A first-generation college graduate from Arlington, TX, he is dedicated to serving the Latine community by providing trauma-informed care and advocating for mental health awareness.
Previously, Raul was the Program Manager at Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County, where he led groups, case-managed students, and offered emotional support. He collaborated with school staff to identify struggling students and address non-academic barriers. He also interned as a therapist, conducting assessments and utilizing trauma-informed techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Raul volunteers with Seniors Assisting in Geriatric Education and Funky Town Fridge to combat food insecurity. As President of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, he organized campus events and community outreach. He is a Texas Christian University Community Scholar, certified in Trauma-Informed Care and related fields. Raul is bilingual in Spanish and English.
