Jessica has experience working with adolescents, older adults and families in various setting such as partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, long-term and short-term case management, and health and wellness programs. During her time at Catholic Charities she empowered her clients to grow their executive functioning. Through motivational interviewing, Jessica supported her clients through their journey of goals and healing. In addition, she also facilitated several DBT (Dialectal Behavior Therapy) adolescent group therapy sessions to develop coping skills and fall prevention courses for older adults in the DFW area.

Jessica’s passion lies for serving her community and mental health. Her goal is to empower others and provide them with the support they need to build coping skills and discover their strengths and confidence.
