LIFE COACH | INSTRUCTOR

Passionate about advocating for her community, Crystal holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Texas Woman’s University. As a bilingual (Spanish) social worker, she desires to use her skills, experience, and knowledge to help others in a meaningful way. 

She has years of experience working with various populations, including low-income families, adults, seniors, and children within inpatient and outpatient settings. Crystal also serves as a bilingual Child Health Insurance Outreach Representative and has experience working at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

She is also trained in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other areas focused and empowering others.
