Carlos earned his MA in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. He is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), Prepare/Enrich and SYMBIS. Carlos has served as care coach, chaplain, and pastor for over 21 years. He enjoys assisting individuals from all walks of life to become a better version of themselves and experience a better quality of life. He strives to provide a safe and trusting environment for individuals to experience  acceptance, understanding, compassion, empathy, and respect. In addition, he loves to walk alongside individuals by helping them become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and actions; take greater responsibility for themselves; resolve unfinished business prudently; establish clear direction to their lives and experience freedom and healing. Carlos’ passion is to assist individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, trauma-related conditions, premarital counseling, relationship difficulties, and spiritual matters. Carlos is fluent in Spanish (Carlos habla español con fluidez).
